Once upon a time I felt like life was ending. I was a product of the Soviet Union - feeling small, afraid to explore the whole range of my feminine being, stuck in an IT job that was well paid, but deeply unfulfilling, in a country that was foreign on many levels, having walls around my heart, not being able to let life in, and no man was “good enough” for me. Those who were, were making me feel anxious around them.
I felt depressed and exhausted. I knew there is so much awaiting for me on the other side. But I didn't know how to get there. I felt trapped in my own limitations, in a golden cage I could only dream about years before. My depression showed me the path to inner freedom, it put me on the path of knowing thyself, and I'm eternally grateful to it. I fell in love with myself, little by little and let life love me.
Now I'm celebrating my deep inner peace, the unwavering clarity inside, the fluidity of my being, and the alignment between my inner and outer world.
