My Expertise 

As a certified somatic & trauma reprocessing facilitator, as well as an integral professional coach (ICF PCC) I have guided high-level leaders and their teams to step into their best selves for the last 10 years. 

​

My work is a result of an alchemy of self evolution and a decade of working with people - of deep curiosity about how the human psyche and body function together.

 

I love to take everything I learn through my own living experience and to become an embodied version of what I want to transmit to others.


My approach is deeply rooted in the integral framework (Ken Wilber), C. Jung psycholgy, Nervous System recalibration and  Feminine energetics: all this encompasses the personal, transpersonal and interpersonal realms, as well as spiritual and tantric lenses based on sacred relatedness - therapeutic, yogic, karmic and shamanic pillars. 

 

I've been a devoted student to embodied feminine work and to the unfolding of my feminine gifts, and my knowledge deepens alongside with my daily personal practice.

Erotics is multi-dimensional, it is not singular sexual energy. It is full-body aliveness. The more alive is our system, the more capable it is to redesign neural pathways. In the free kind of movement that I am facilitating we can see the brain activated at a very high percentage, as in psychedelic states.

Recentering techniques and methods of accessing the Ventral State of the Nervous System (some call it God's space).

Recalibrate your nervous system

All our behavioural patterns are stored in our body. There were numerous studies proving how changing postures i.e. can lead to shaping new realities - brain follows our body!! Additionally metaphors and archetypes, are very powerful in cultivating long-run embodied new patterns.
